Custom Epoxy Tumbler

I take a limited amount of custom tumbler orders each month.  If you are looking for a size that is not listed, please email me at parishcrafting@gmail.com and I can check to see if I can accommodate your request.

Terms and Conditions

• My estimated turnaround time right now is 4 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays, and at times can be longer depending on the time of year and amount of orders in front of you. If I am able to get it done sooner, I certainly try to.
• All details should be confirmed during the order process. This includes size, colors, fonts, etc. Any changes made to the design must be done within 24 hrs. of purchase.
• There is a TEXT BOX in your cart where you will leave the details of your tumbler request.  
• I try to send progress pics along the way but that is not guaranteed.  Please DOUBLE-CHECK SPELLING of any personalization.
• Adding a single decal is optional and available upon request only, so if there is no mention of one in the notes section, your tumbler will not have one. If a specific font is not specified, I will use my best judgement to pick one that works for the cup design.
• All sales are final. Because your items are custom ordered and handmade for you, there will be no refunds or returns accepted. Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of purchasing.

• I am not responsible for any damage done because of dropping or not following the care instructions.  Epoxied tumblers should be treated like glass.
• All items are completely handcrafted and as with all handcrafted items, slight imperfections can exist. These do not take away from the beauty and/or functionality.

Shipping

• All shipping is done through USPS Priority Shipping or UPS, and includes a tracking number. Shipping time varies by the state you live in and can take anywhere from 2-5 business days, sometimes more. I have no control over shipping times or shipping delays once a package is out of my hands.
• Pick up in Abbeville, LA is also available for local customers. Please choose Local Pickup in the Shipping Section at checkout.
• You will be notified via email once your tumbler is shipped.  Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout.
• Please be sure the shipping address is correct before purchasing. I am not responsible for any lost/missing packages due to an incorrect shipping address.

Tumbler Care Instructions

• Gentle hand wash only.
• No harsh abrasives.
• Do not soak.
• Not microwave or dishwasher safe.
• Do not leave in extreme temperatures.
• Epoxy can crack or chip if dropped.  I cannot be responsible for mishandling.
• A care card will be included with your order.

Returns and Refunds

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact me with photos of damage within 48 hours of delivery. Upon receipt of photos, a refund or replacement will be issued for the damage item(s).
